The RER Equities investment approach is targeted, yet flexible and defined along
the following criteria:

Property Types:
Office, retail, warehouse, apartment & pre-development land
Deal Structure:
All cash, joint venture, debt assumption, work-out/turnaround, sale/leaseback
Source of Funds:
Private investors, equity partners, internal capital, sale proceeds (exchange), and/or institutional
Yield Objectives:
Reposition with upside potential, high/medium leverage for maximum yield, and or redevelopment/expansion opportunity
Deal Size:
$5 to $50 million
Hold Period:
2 to 5 years
Geographic Preference:
Mid-Atlantic region
Submission Needs:
Description and location of project; proposed purchase price and terms; photographs; list of current tenants; leases and expirations; summary of present ownership structure; zoning and land use plan; local market data; NOI with supporting cash flow/expense data
