Through RER Ventures LLC the RER Financial Group provides asset management and loan servicing for performing and distressed assets, orderly portfolio dispositions, loan workouts, escrow monitoring, loan performance analysis and collection/recovery services.

The commercial real estate workout industry had its beginnings in the REIT failures of the 1970’s. It was there that the founding executives of RER developed their skills and principles in dealing with major distressed real estate loans and assets; creating and implementing exit strategies for lenders and government insurance agencies that were burdened with complex, sensitive exposures.

Over the years, Continental Mortgage Investors REIT, Ginnie Mae, Freddie Mac, Federal Farm Credit System, overseas based investment groups, court appointed receiverships and numerous commercial, savings and investment banks have drawn on the skills of the RER Financial Group.
